Notes
1. Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
2. Minimum 4 pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned cost.
3. The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax would be INR 5,000/- per person EXTRA.
4. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
5. Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the trip and to stay at hotel.
6. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
7. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
8. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
9. All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
10. Package Cost NOT valid on Blackout dates, long weekends holidays, Republic Day, Christmas & New Year time and Local festival dates, long weekend holidays, Pongal Maha Shivratri and local festival dates, Independence & Republic Day, Christmas & New Year, Holi, Local festival dates.
11. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
12. Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
13. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
Remarks
- The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
- Extra adult (3rd person) who shares the same double room, is provided with an extra bed/ roll away mattress.
- Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12yrs. of age with one extra bed.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
- This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in hotel.
- The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
- We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
Terms and conditions during COVID-19.
1. 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel/Camp reservation.
2. Please provide government-issued ids to process the reservation.
3. Hotel/Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
4. The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
5. Hotel Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs. and Camp Check-in time is at 1500 hrs and check out is 0900 hrs.
6. Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
7. Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
8. All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
9. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
10. If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
Terms and conditions
- Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation. 100% of the package amount.
- Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel - 20% of total package cost .
- Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel - 30% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel - 50% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel - 75% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel - 100% package amount will be forfeited.
All the documents will be delivered via email and to your WhatsApp number only.
In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health conditions then the entire package amount shall be forfeited. A request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

The aforementioned description is just for informative purposes. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Travel Agency.
By making booking, you confirm that you have gone through the contents of the above information and you accept this package which fits into your budget and requirements.

If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.
- Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
- Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
- A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
- Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
- If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
- If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
- As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
- During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
- Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
- In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
- Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
- Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
- To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
- Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
- If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
- In the past we have witnessed many unannounced transport strikes in Kerala, if such strike happens no sightseeing tour will be provided on that day.
- The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
- At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
- Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
- All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
- Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
- The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
- Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
- This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
- We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.

Important Information:
In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Please comply with the same so your travel plans are not affected. Kindly go through the government guide/website for state-wise regulations. - All customers coming from other states/UTs/countries are mandatorily required to obtain auto generated e-Pass through https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
Guidelines for Travelers arriving in Kerala:-
- Government have allowed to visit the State for a period up to 7 days without mandatory quarantine ONLY after obtaining entry passes through covid19jagratha portal
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
- All passengers shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass
- Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport
- All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.
- Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
- Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.

- All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Cancellation Policy:
- Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
