Gujarat – Dwarka & Somnath Tour

  • As of now airfare in the package is calculated at Rs. 11,000/- (per person). Any increase in the airfare to be Paid Extra.

  • Monument Entry fees, Guide charges, etc. to be Paid directly by the Guest during sightseeing tours

  • Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service charges, soft drinks and hard drink charges, etc.

  • Any Service not mentioned in Inclusions

  • The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel

  • Any expenses incurred due to Medical emergencies, cancellation of flights, changes in flight timings, breakdown of vehicle, unexpected lockdown, natural calamity, civil unrest, etc.

  • Surcharges Extra (if applicable) on Long Weekends & Holidays

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Hirasar & Transfer to Dwarka (260 Kms / 4-5 hours)

On arrival at Hirasar, our local tour representative will meet you at the Airport and transfer you to Dwarka- the kingdom of Lord Krishna. On arrival at late night, check in at hotel and relax.

Overnight stay at hotel in Dwarka.

Day 2: Dwarka- Local Sightseeing tour

Today morning take a fill at breakfast and proceed for Local Sightseeing tour. Visit the sacred places like- Nageshwar Jyotirling Temple, Gopi Talav and Bet Dwarka. While returning, visit Rukmani Temple- dedicated to Lord Krishna’s first wife & if time permits visit other temples on the coastal area. Later proceed to visit the sacred Dwarkadheesh Temple for attending evening Aarti before returning to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Dwarka - Porbandar - Somnath (240 Kms / 4-5 hours)

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Somnath. En route take a stop at Porbandar, where you will visit Kirti Mandir- the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi & also Sudama Mandir which is dedicated to a devotee of Lord Krishna.

Later proceed for Somnath and check in at hotel on arrival. Refresh quickly and set out to visit Somnath Temple- one of the first among the twelve Jyotirling shrines of Lord Shiva (if time permits). Afterwards return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 4: Somnath- Local Sightseeing tour

Have a fill at morning breakfast and set out for Local Sightseeing tour. You will visit beautiful and sacred Triveni Ghat- which is one of the oldest pilgrim centers in India, Bhalka Tirth- where Lord Krishna was accidentally shot in the foot & Geeta Mandir Chopati.

Remaining day is Free at own leisure. You can explore the Somnath Beach to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or set out to attend the evening Aarti at Somnath Temple (if not visited on previous day) and also enjoy the Light & Sound show (Optional- at Extra cost to be paid directly). Later return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 5: Somnath- Departure (230 Kms / 4-5 hours)

Take your fill at morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & take transfer for Hirasar airport to catch your return Flight for Delhi. Gujarat is noted for its beautiful temples since ancient times and today is last day when we explore and visit numerous beautiful temples (if time permits). En-route visit Junagadh Fort & Jalaram Temple and Swaminaryan temple at Virpur. Just nearby to Virpur, we then proceed to Gondal and see Navlakha Palace and Vintage Car Museum. Tentative Itinerary

Important Information

The tour cost is valid for minimum 4 passengers - All transfers, drive and sightseeing on sharing basis.


Supplement / Add-on Cost:-

1) For Minimum 2 passengers- The supplement cost for operating trip with minimum 2 passengers or to upgrade the trip into exclusive Private vehicle would be Rs. 5,000/- (per person) Extra.

2) Sedan car will be provided for 2 - 4 passengers. Upgrade cost for Innova car would be Rs. 12,000/- (per vehicle) Extra.

3) Airfare - The tentative airfare (Delhi-Hirasar-Delhi) calculated @ INR 11,000/- per person, any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change)

Notes:-

  • Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
  • Minimum 4 passengers are required to operate the trip on above mentioned cost.
  • The supplement cost for operating trip with minimum 2 passengers would be Rs. 5,000/- (per person) Extra.
  • All sightseeing timings are subject to local road, weather and traffic conditions.
  • Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the journey/ to stay at hotel.
  • The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
  • A service of vehicle and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not at disposal.
  • No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
  • All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
  • Package Cost NOT valid on Black out dates, long weekends, holidays like- Republic Day, Holi & other Local festival dates.
  • The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly there.
  • Early Check-in and late Check out are subject to rooms availability & would be provided on extra payment.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.


Remarks:-

  • The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in airlines or in hotel.
  • The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.


Terms & Conditions:-

  • 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel reservation.
  • Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation and need to carry physical copy during the travel and for stay at hotels.
  • Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
  • The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
  • Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1100 hours in Hotels.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the Hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • At Hotel entrance, hotel can ask you to display the status of aarogya setu App.
  • Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow Govt Covid guidelines, hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotel, etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.


Cancellation Policy:-

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount
  • Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited


  • All the documents will be delivered over email and at your WhatsApp number only.
  • In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to a health conditions then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as a new booking only.

The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Travel Agency.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
