NOTES
1. Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
2. Minimum 04 pax are required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost. The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax would be INR 3,999/- per person EXTRA on mentioned tour prices.
3. Govt. ID with address proof is compulsory to carry during the train journey and to stay at hotel.
4. AC will not work in hill stations and vehicles may or may not have power windows.
5. The vehicle will not go to mall Road as per government norms.
6. The vehicle is as per itinerary and not on disposal. Additional sightseeing or transfer which is not mentioned in the itinerary is payable extra.
7. The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.
8. Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
9. The vehicle will not go to mall Road as per government norms.
10. The vehicle is as per itinerary and not on disposal. Additional sightseeing or transfer which is not mentioned in the itinerary is payable extra.
11. The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.
12. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
13. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
14. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
15. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
16. All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
17. Package cost NOT VALID on blackout dates / Peak Travel dates / Long weekends/ Diwali dates / Christmas eve, New year dates, Holi, Festival dates.
18. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
19. Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
Remarks
1. The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
2. Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
3. Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12yrs. of age with one extra bed.
4. Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.

6. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
7. We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
8. All adventure activities on direct payment basis and by guests at their own risk.
Terms and conditions during COVID-19.
1. 100% advance amount is to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel/Camp reservation.
2. Please provide government-issued ids to process the reservation and need to carry physical copy during the travel and for stay at hotels.
3. Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
4. The guest must carry a confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
5. Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
6. At Hotel entrance, hotel can ask you to display the status of aarogya setu app.
7. Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
8. All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
9. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
10. If due to the pandemic, the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to the refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which are held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.

The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. Final status shall be communicated within 3 working days of booking (after collection of advance amount). If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.
- Company holds No Responsibility on the Condition of the Vehicle & Behaviour of the Transport Staff. This is an Outsourced Service and we only act as Facilitator between Transport and Guest.
- Many times in Hill Stations, Weather Changes are very Frequent. Expenses Incurred due to Traffic Jam, Road Blockage, Land Sliding, Snow Fall, Heavy Rain, etc. are to be borned by the Guest.
- Unless otherwise specified, all transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
- Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
- Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
- The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
- At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
- Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
- All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
- The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
- Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- It is at the discretion of the hotel to provide buffet service or fixed menu meals depending on the occupancy of the guest in the hotel.
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
- The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, Restaurants & Bar, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
- Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
- This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.

Important Information:
In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Please comply with the same so your travel plans are not affected. Kindly go through the government guide/website for state-wise regulations. State regulations are subject to change, please also visit the state government official websites for updates.

- Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.

- All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.
Terms and Conditions
Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation. 100% of the package amount.
Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel - 20% of total package cost .
Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel - 30% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel - 50% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel - 75% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel - 100% package amount will be forfeited.
In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health conditions then the entire package amount shall be forfeited. A request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
