  • Should there be any further levy of Govt. / statutory taxes / charges, the same shall be chargeable extra as and when applicable.
Exclusions
  • Transportation
  • Personal expenses such as table drinks, room service items, laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
  • Paragliding weight limit is 15-95 kg, If weight is between 95-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
  • Any additional expenses for videography and photography flight, supplement charges of GOPRO video is INR 500/-.
  • Expenses caused by disturbance in trip program due to circumstances like weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
  • Liability for or insurance against injury, loss of life, accidents or loss of goods.
  • Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, camp service, Lunch, etc.
  • Any Service not mentioned in Inclusions.
  • The payments for additional services taken at the camp are to be settled directly at the camp.
  • Weekend or Holiday Surcharge (if applicable)
Online Booking Procedure
  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.

Terms & Conditions

  • Before Boarding Bus, Please Contact on the mentioned Telephone Numbers on the Tickets, as the Boarding Point & Timing are Subject to Change.
  • Company holds No Responsibility on the Condition of the Vehicle, Behaviour of the Transport Staff and the Seat Numbers (in Bus) Allocated to the Guest. This is an Outsourced Service and we only act as Facilitator between Transport and Guest. Early Check-In at the Hotel is Always Subject to Availability as the Check-In Time of the Hotels is 1400 Hours & Check-Out Time is 1000 Hours.
  • For Early Check-In & Late Check-Out, Payments are to be settled Directly by the Guest at the Hotel.
  • The Number of Meals including Breakfast is always corresponding to the Number of Nights Booked. Hence, Hotel does not provide Breakfast on the Day of Arrival as the Official Check-In Time is 1400 Hours.
  • Many times in Hill Stations, Weather Changes are very Frequent. Expenses Incurred due to Traffic Jam, Road Blockage, Land Sliding, Snow Fall, Heavy Rain, etc. are to be Borned by the Guest.
  • Indian Government Approved, Phote Identity Proof Along with the Address is Required at the Time of Check-In at the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
